Carmen is our in-house residential home designer and draftsperson for residential builds. She is a whizz at taking our client’s needs and wants and transforming them in to drafting plans to suit the section size, shape etc. This also includes landscaping, fencing, planting and water attenuation to cover council resource consent requirements. Carmen’s eye for detail and creative side flows through to interior design, with our client’s benefiting from her advice on colour selections, kitchen design and bathroom visuals. Carmen’s experience in subdividing larger sections is also invaluable, often designing suitable homes to fit smaller or unusual sized sections.
