We have successfully delivered 100 new homes for Kāinga Ora on over 15 separate sites in Palmerston North, Taihape, Feilding, Marton and Levin.  

Our services have included – construction and project management, through to Code of Compliance, 223/224 and handover.  Works include all aspects of the build – including subcontractor management, service connections, paths and fencing and landscaping.  We have worked with 100% local contractors and suppliers on all these projects.  Projects include 2, 3 and 4 bedroom single and 2-storey units and duplexes.  Site sizes range from 3 houses to 9 houses on single sites.
